At The Silver Vault, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward returns policy in line with UK consumer regulations.
14‑Day Returns Period
You may return any undamaged, unworn item within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a refund, items must be:

Returned in the original box, packaging, and protective wrapping as received

Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse cannot be accepted.
Earrings – Health & Hygiene Exemption
For hygiene and safety reasons, and in line with standard retail practice, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty due to a manufacturing defect.
This exemption applies even if the earrings have not been worn.
If you believe your earrings are faulty, please contact us immediately with details and photographs so we can assess the issue.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5–7 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or an error has occurred on our part.
We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured postal service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
